Tempura Tarantula - Compound Sentences

Hey guys, on the weekend I was listening to Radio NZ and I heard The Bug Chef being interviewed. He was talking about a dish that he makes with a tarantula. I thought this would be great motivation for writing.

Here are two sentences about this picture:

A: I wouldn't eat a spider, nor would I eat a cockroach.
B: I would like to try eating a spider or a cockroach.

Which sentence do you think is a compound sentence A or B? Explain your answer.
