How Yeast Works in Bread

This week we have been exploring how yeast makes bread rise. Today we carried out a yeast experiment. Here are the results:



We used this great clip about yeast in bread to better understand the process.


I took some of our dough home to make some bread for dinner and it was delicious!

Exploring Unchartered Planets


This term the learners at PNS School are learning about exploration. We have thinking about what kind of planets may exist outside of our own solar system. We watched this video by Andy Martin about 12 planets he created and then we had a go at creating and describing our own planets.
